Our beginner’s courses are the best way to see if boxing is the sport for you.
Our expert coaches will work with you on basic skills and the different facets of boxing.
You will work in a small group of other beginners for the first 4 weeks, in the fifth week your coach will integrate you into the regular boxing class so you can meet and train with the other members.

NOTE: This is NOT a fitness class. This is boxing training; you will be taught skills used in the sport of Amateur Boxing. You will be taught fundamental skills such as skipping, strength work, footwork, how to work on a boxing bag, partner training with pads, defensive skills (covering, slipping, weaving, ducking).
Upon completion of the course you can train up to 4 times a week Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday. However we suggest that most people train twice a week. This gives the best results in memory retention, skill development and fitness gains without consuming to much of your valuable time.
